Food scraps, ash, and burnt debris are cleared from the grill area, ash pits, and any outdoor surfaces where cooking residue has settled.

Grill grates are scrubbed with appropriate tools to remove carbonised grease and food residue. The cooking surface underneath is also cleaned and left ready for next use.

Hose and scrub deck and poolside
The deck and poolside are hosed down and scrubbed to remove grease film, algae, and surface staining. Drains are checked and cleared of debris.

The materials used for indoor surfaces and bathroom cleaning are chosen to be safe once dry. For outdoor areas, grill and deck cleaning products are rinsed away thoroughly before handover. If there is a specific sensitivity, let the team know at booking.
Duration depends on the size of the property and how it was last used. A standard chalet with an outdoor grill area, a kitchen, bathrooms, and a poolside takes a half-day visit at minimum. Larger chalets with heavier use after a gathering take longer.
