About us

What we actually do

We are a cleaning firm working in the city of Jeddah. We come to the home or the building with the crew, the equipment and the materials, and we return the place to a state you can receive people in. On the residential side that means flats, villas, majlis rooms and rest houses, along with steam cleaning for sofas, carpets and mattresses. On the commercial side it means offices, restaurants, hotels, shopping centres, clinics and mosques.

The full list is on the services page, and it is long on purpose: most people who call need two or three things in one visit, not one isolated job.

Why we start with steam

Liquid detergent works on the surface of the fabric. It removes what you can see and leaves what you cannot: grease soaked into the padding, dust mites and their eggs, and the odour that returns on the first humid day.

Steam works with heat rather than chemistry. It reaches the depth, breaks down the grease, kills the mites, and uses far less water and far less product. On material your family sits on every day, fewer chemicals is not a detail.

And this is not marketing we wrote about ourselves: our customers are the ones who named the steam, by name, in their Google reviews, without being asked.

What we commit to

• We answer 24 hours a day, seven days a week. These are the opening hours recorded on our Google Maps profile, not a marketing line.
• The price is agreed before the work begins. We look, we give you the number, then you decide. No account is opened at the end of the day.
• We arrive with our own equipment and materials. We do not ask for your vacuum, your hot water or anything from your cupboard.
• We do not leave before you have looked. You inspect while the crew is still there, and anything you are unhappy with is redone on the same visit.

How to check us before you call

Open our Google Maps profile and read what customers wrote themselves. We show their reviews on this site as they are, under their names, and we add nothing to them.
